Services and Fees

Following is a summary of services that Dynamic Learning Solutions, LLC offers. These fees are in effect until further notice.

Consultation

Consultation services are provided for parents to discuss issues regarding the learner. Professionals can also observe the student in the classroom and provide consultative services to the student’s teacher regarding accommodations and adjustments to improve student outcomes.

$40/Hour

 

Diagnostic

In-take meeting/consultation with parent

First hour is free; thereafter $40/hour.

 

Evaluation

Typical evaluations require 2 to 3 hours of testing per evaluator. Some evaluations could require speech-language evaluation, academic assessment, cognitive/ intellectual evaluation; occasionally a visual perceptual or sensory/ organization evaluation is needed, or a motor performance evaluation. Client will receive a written evaluation including recommendations for educators, parents, and student.

$75/hour, +$150 fee for report writing time/evaluator

 

Tutoring

Full Session: 10 weeks: 4 hours/week (40 hours)
Half Session: 5 weeks: 4 hours/week (20 hours)

Requirements
Minimum of two (2) sessions/week. There is a two-week window at the end of the 10 weeks for make-ups.

Important Note
Clients must cancel session at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Options

50% of total payment due at start; balance within 5 weeks. 5% discount if full payment is received at start of session in cash/check/debit.

 

Speech/Language Therapy

Speech and language evaluations and therapy services are provided by ASHA-certified speech-language pathologists.  Please inquire regarding insurance reimbursement.

$65/Hour

Advocacy Support

Support is provided when assistance is needed to resolve disagreements between parents and school districts concerning services.

First hour is free; thereafter $40/Hour

 

Progress Monitoring

Method of monitoring effectiveness of intervention and making necessary adjustments as needed.

$50/Year

Consultation to staff or parent progress consultation

$40/Hour

 

Teacher/Parent Training

$400 Half-Day Training
$700 Full-Day Training

 

Observation of student in the classroom

The observation will be followed by providing input to teacher on instructional strategies to meet needs of that student.

$40/Hour (no charge for travel time or report write-up; direct service only)

 

Writing Support / Homework Lab

Students may receive supervision and guidance in the writing process or in organization and completion of homework.

$5/Half-Hour

 

Computer Lab Time

Students may come to the computer lab for assistance with writing, research, or for additional practice in their skill area. Many software programs are available to reinforce skills in phonology, articulation, comprehension, decoding, grammar, math, problem solving, reasoning, and more.

Lab Time: $5/Half-Hour
